Diet is key no supplement will do it on its own. That being said I take Whey Protein *Hardcore Series Precision Engineered - Whey Protein Isolate (Chocolate Naturally Flavored) Protein Powder* and in the morning with it I take Omega 3 Fish Oil Triple Strength and Creatine Tablets after work out.

If you need some protein I would recommend Hardcore Series Precision Engineered - Whey Protein Isolate it has some good protein and not too much bad things. That would really boost your protein intake quite a bit.

I hope it really doesn't become a constant struggle but rather it just becomes normal and doesn't bring negative feelings of always having to watch what you eat. Rather you enjoy eating healthy but eating something once in a blue moon wouldn't be so bad as long as its not like something crazy.

P90x2 has quite a bit of jumping involved as well, For some of them they do have alternatives in case you have some issues though.

Yeah I try to stay consistent on what I eat, but thanks for the advice it just weirds me out when it tells me the whole warning when I'm finished logging in my food for the day at the bottom.

muscle does not weigh more then fat, they weigh the same just muscle takes up less space. It is a myth that muscle weighs more.

There is no problem at all with breaking it down, When I first started on the bike I could only do ten mins, then after a week moved up to 15 mins etc.. etc.. now I can do over an hour no problem with the resistance high. Just gotta take it one step out of time, no one expects you to do any more then your body will allow…

I don't know about turbo fire but I'm going to start P90x2 on Monday ( I all ready go to the gym 4 times a week(2hour each times) and at least an hour of cardio each day which is going to be on top of P90x2. I'll be happy to motivate you anyway I can, I like seeing when people succeed :D

hmm I saw this girl wearing a bit too much make up for the gym( why even wear make up??? beats me ) and she worked out more then she thought she was because her face was all runny and her eyes had that black droop.. However I was a gent and did not laugh.. out loud ( only in my head)

I eat what I can, and what seems the healthiest. I am currently at a set budget So I try with what I got,however No one has glanced at any of my diary stuff or mentioned anything at all. It would be nice for some feedback though but eh. So far though its all been good for me :)
