    Just water and my one daily indulgence - morning coffee! Though I do throughout the day add slices of lime, lemon, orange (just about any fruit) to my water. Adds a tiny taste (stronger the longer it sets) but negligible calories. I love it!

    I drink coffee and every once in a while diet dr pepper. neither have sugar. Something also good for you is Crystal Light.
  • At breakfast- coffee w/ soy or almond milk
    During the day- Good Earth original iced tea
    During lunch and dinner- water
    After lunch and dnner- ginger tea (for digestion)
    During workout- water
    Before bed- herbal tea

    My favorite answer by I actually drink cranwater (from fat flush recipe) sweetened with Stevia and I add cinnamon and cayenne. Has the sweetness I like, but very healthy...

    I drink cordial, the no added sugar stuff so its just practically water but tastes nicer!!

    Same here, plus copious amounts of hot green tea. I have the occasional light hot chocolate or skinny latte.
    Oh, and sometimes, chocolate soya or rice milk. I like dairy, but prefer the alternative chocolate milks for taste.
  • Tea, diet coke, diluted juices (particularly orange juice or lemonaid), 2% milk, and homemade smoothies.

    A glass of trip 50 in the morning and I add fresh lemon to my water sometimes. It's great for kidney stones.

    I normally just drink water throughout the day.
    For some reason when I eat I like to drink something that has flavor to it, so I'll add crystal light to a bottle of water or have a diet soda.

    gnc lean shakes
    & skim milk or 1% in my cereal/ or shakes.
  • The only things I drink besides plain water are:
    water with natural fruit flavorings (blueberries, strawberries, lemons, etc mixed into it)
    tea (any kind)
    the occasional water with crystal light
    soy milk (light, plain)
    protein shakes
    and coffee.

  • Keep in mind while diet drinks are zero calories they still can cause bloating and increase your craving for sweet things. Also, I recently learned that splenda causes bloating, belly fat retention, cravings for sweets, as well as gas! So everything in moderation is still key.

    I love to drink Sambazon and Celcius. They taste great and are at 0 calories and give you energy. Also, you can try Yerba Mate Tea which gives energy as well!

    You have to be careful with juices, too, but I like to mix juice with seltzer. A 50-50 mix is a good starting point. I find that with many juices I can had more than 50% seltzer. V-8 juice is another possibility.
