+1 for getting a HRM and tracking your own calories. You'll be pleasantly surprised at the amount of calories burned if you can keep your HR up in the optimal zone.

Another vote for StrongLifts ....Just got back in the gym after a 3 month layoff and that's always my go to workout. i'll do it for the next 2 months before switching it up. Do it....my wife and I used to do a bootcamp together and it was the only time in the last 10 years that i've felt truly fit. Wish I still had the time to do it, but life has kind of gotten in the way :)
