Bootcamp tracking

Hi,

I can't seem to find a way to track Bootcamp style class in the EXCERCISE area. Nothing comes up when I search for it. Think burpees, squats, sprints, push ups.... Just want to ensure I am tracking cals burned properly. My Fitbit tracks steps, so I know it's not accurate for this type of workout.

Thanks :glasses:

circuit training general - although the calorie count will probably be WAY off... HRM to be accurate.

ETA: When I use MFP entries I only give myself half of the calories they say I burn. ie MFP says 300 calories burned for Circuit training - general, I only accept 150 of those... (Change the calories manually)

I wear my HRM during class and add my own exercise manually.

+1 for getting a HRM and tracking your own calories. You'll be pleasantly surprised at the amount of calories burned if you can keep your HR up in the optimal zone.
