yea am always way low on my sodium count.... i rarely eat out.... if u prepare your meals at home it is much much better and wayy healthier!! good luck!!!:flowerforyou:

i use the treadmill because i dont really like running outside.. i always say am gonna and never do... when i got to the gym however ( 4-5days a week) its much better to use the treadmill

well i cant live with out cheese, wheat thins, brocolli and asparagus!! lol i have to eat these thing almost everyday or else its not a good day!

water is very very important, there is no way anything can replace that, just add a lemon wedge to it but not those artificial flavorings!!!

its all about being in that state of mind for me.... i stopped eating meat complete and its been 20 days, i was die hard meat eater before but i set my mind in that stage where am like... no meat and it works.... tell urself u can keep away and u will... you control u!!
