wow u've lost 2 pounds already!!!!?!? congrats anyways i think u need to stop the pill taking its not healthy... see a doc... and also there are other things u can do to suppress ur hunger... eg.. watch tv, lplay a game, talk on the phone. etc

first of all everybody is different so of course that is not correct, second am having issues too.... my advice exercise more, and more intensely keep eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. the results will come.... am waiting for mine!!

am a vegetarian... sort of lol i eat cheese and eggs and fish, thas about it.... i never have problems meeting my protein goals. if u need help lemme know its actually quiet easy!! and to tell u the truth its been 2 months and i now go to the bathroom on a regular basis and i feel great!!

or u can excercise for less time... i had the same problems when i had midterms so i just cut down my time. but most def continue if not u get lazy and to go bak will be a challenge

well i dont eat them and am loosing weight..... wats the point of loosing all those cals if ya gonna eat them up... besides u need a deficit in order to loose weight!
