So I had no problem meeting my goal, my problem was logging it and posting updates here. I set myself up to do 40 miles last month and ended up doing 40.21 miles. I would like to set myself up for another 40 miles this month.

I think I read once that artificial sweeteners can cause cancer. Don't expect me to post my source or findings. I still drink them even with this warning because these days it seems that anything will give you cancer. So you can live a long life and not do anything, or go out and have truly lived.

Sometimes you gotta take a break and live a little. I went on vacation for about 4 days and just gave up logging and jumped right back on after. I only gained a pound or 2, but quickly lost it when I returned. I had to ask myself, which makes me happier, enjoying my vacation with loved ones or losing a pound?

THIS. Honestly, people could do what they want, but why cheat yourself out of plain water? I know soda has water, coffee does too, but I don't log those as water either.

I have 16 oz plastic cups at my desk at work. I fill these up with water and count them as 2 cups. 1 cup = 8 oz.

I believe mixes/compilations are the best for this, but I second the above post if you want a single cd. I also recommend DJ AM and Travis Barker's mixtape cd.

You can lose weight solely by watching your intake, so the lack of exercise doesn't bear too much. Instead of focusing on eating, perhaps try to divert your attention to other efforts. Make friends with the therapy group. Play cards with them. Watch tv. Whatever else that might distract you from going over your caloric…
