i have both a galaxy s5 and an iPhone 5s ..i use them both for different things but i still prefer the iPhone to the galaxy..i really can't get on with how the galaxy is set up..it takes me forever to find settings that i can go straight to on my iPhone. Make up some stir fried chicken dishes with brown rice and veggies .. you can freeze them too .. i do this at home for work n chuck em in the microwave for 2minutes and they're done.. that way you can add whatever carbs you like

i used to drink a lot of pg tips tea but now I've converted to green teas only .. am loving the jasmine flavoured ones at the moment but other great flavours are pomegranate,peach,cranberry, pineapple ..

Naked unless it's really cold them it's pj bottoms..can't wear tops you're forever fighting them to untangle. Hotels I usually wear boxers just in case

Thanks lunestar .. i have an aversion to anything coffee or chocolate flavoured..i can eat chocolate bars etc but anything chocolate flavoured just grosses me out..its funny what things we like and hate i guess ..

Thanks.. i think I'm doing quite well with my diet and counting etc but just wondering about them really .. i know i can't keep on my low calories forever but really struggle eating the right amounts as it is ..couldnt possibly eat much more than i am doing now, but was thinking of adding weights to my exercise routine…
