im 5-10" and I've never gone above a size 34 in my life luckily..any time I've had tight trousers I've kicked myself and stopped eating as much till they loosened off again..Now thanks to mfp i weigh and watch all i take in and exercise out .. i think a 44 waist is huge for anyone tbh

i lost my dogs so stopped doing all the walks n stuff i used to do with them .. i ate too much bread products .. bagels,wraps,all sorts of stuff i shouldn't .. whatever was reduced in the supermarket id usually buy and consume. I started gradually and added to the time after a few days so now I'm up to about 2 minutes at a time.. Side planks around the same time.. Need to get back to these now the holidays over

one of my favourite places too .. how can you not over indulge on bleaker street .. lol We walked from 9/11 museum right back to central park area plus shopping on the way..was a great work out but the heat was just crazy last week .. ill go back again in a few years :)

Thanks .. id have problem doing it outside unless it was in the dark… too much daylight gives me migraines .. but thanks for saying i could do it :) .. i never thought i would EVER be able to do 5miles let alone 9-10 in a single day session

worst thing i ever saw was in a hotel in new york city a few years ago .. it was wall to wall mirrors with urinals just stuck on top of the mirrors .. no side panels or anything ..you just stood and pee'd and watched yourself and anyone else in there with you .. i'm no prude or anything but i thought it was going a bit far…
