Just give it time. Cut an apple into thin slices. Your mind will see a large quantity and trick your body into thinking it's eating a lot more than what you really are. Besides it will take awhile to eat all the slices.

Salsa is a great alternative that you can add a lot to your salad without hurting your calorie count. Also if you like to add fruit to your salad, I highly recommend fat free poppyseed dressing. It is amazing!

I get mine at Earth Fare. I've only tried Vanilla Maple, Strawberry , and Chocolate. I had to throw the chocolate one out - it was DISGUSTING. The Vanilla and Strawberry flavors are delicious though. And for only 150 cals for the whole pint - no guilty feelings afterwrads :tongue:

I am in the same boat as you. Been eating healthy for past two weeks, working out 6x week for 45 mins of cardio, yet I gained 2 lbs. I am hoping it's just water weight since I've been drinking more.

Sugar Free Redbull gives you a nice pick-me-up but I find when I drink them, I crash about 5 hours later (and I drink lots of Redbull). I would suggest trying Full Throttle (silver can is 0 cals). Those helped me get through my finals. Best of luck!!

Try chugging some water. That will give you the feel of fullness for a little while. Then try chewing gum (which should put off the hunger pains until you are finished with work)
