I bring at least 1 fruit, either a fiberone bar or fiberone yogurt, healthy choice or lean cuisine for lunch & half plain deli sliced turkey sandwich or half pb & j. Do you think that's junky?

I'd love to go for it as that's all I need to be at my goal weight! Question though, how do you suggest we lose that much weight as I only lose between 1~3 lbs a week. We need a game plan, what's the strategy?

Are your tummy tuck scars scarry (if u had one)?. I looked at pics of some of them & they throw me off. A part of me thinks wow muscles, flatness but the other part thinks wow frankenstein was here. I've seen some scars go nearly 360° around.

I like that idea of less cardio. I do less weight training because I created this idea in my head that I have to sweat hard & breath heavy to have say that I've really worked out. It makes me feel accomplished. I'll try it though as I've set some other changes to try to amp the results. Pleeaaase mommies don't tell me that…
