I was on a plateau for about 10 days and then I added more cardio and that is why I have been losing like this. But let me get this right, if I don't exercise tomorrow and eat 1200 calories I will gain weight back?

My family and I have tried and test this to exhaustion. Brand name: Designer Whey - only the Vanilla one and mix it with apple juice - I use half apple juice half water to eliminate calories. You can also use the instant apple juice from walmart and it is only 5 calories for 16 oz..

I had that issue as well. I spoke to a nutritionist friend of mine She is about to finish her masters and is crazy healthy. She basically told me the same thing BrendaLee was saying. As long as you are not going over your fats then you should be ok. So if you are eating alot of egg whites, fish, chicken then there should be no problem. Just make sure you watch your fat intake.

I have heard the same thing that most of them gain some of the weight back after the show. It is TV and if you had someone losing 2 lbs a week not many people would watch that.
