  • the burns that MFP states are wayyyyy off...get a HRM..
  • you need to work out your arms...push ups, pull ups, bicep curls, tricep extentions, skull crushers, cable curls, consetration curls...things along that line... but you have to do weights along with cardio...and the weights should be HEAVY...no 5lbs db...they wont do **** for your arms your waisting your time if you do...

  • im the same way i just make sure i have calories for after dinner if not then i cant eat it...but RARELY does that happen :) you dont have to stop you just have to account for it :)

  • i workout 5-6 days a week i was doing 7 days a week for a while but realized my body really needed atleast one rest day...i do cardio 5-6 days and lift weights 4-5 depending on the week :)
