as like the first response...most of us ladies dont like our boobs bouncing everywhere...and sports bras help hold them in place during workouts where regular bras do not...i dont know anyone who doesnt wear a sports bra while working out...even A cups...

tuna and eggs will help you a lot along with chicken....i also struggle with the protein intake but if you plan ahead and stay focused you can do it...protein bars are also helpful...i personally do not do shakes because one it is expensive and im in college and two because when i have tried shakes i have never liked…

totally doing the 100 miles of running with you :) might do ripped in 30 if not lift 3 times a week protein high and lower my carbs run a 10k (6.2miles) on Thanksgiving in under an hour

move your alarm clock on the other side of the room....wear your workout clothes to bed so you dont have to get dressed you just get up and go...you have to have the desire to get up and go if you dont then you wont...has to come internally most of all... jealous you get that much sleep im lucky to get 5 hours right now…
