What are some of your November challenges???

100 Miles in November?
30 Day Shred?
Eat less sugar?
Be within calorie goal each day?

^^ These are some things that I've been thinking :) What's your november challenge?

    30 Day shred on my cousins wall gottaloveit7771 add her the challenge is 30 day shred whos join me! and you can start anytime I just started yesterday

    totally doing the 100 miles of running with you :)
    might do ripped in 30 if not lift 3 times a week
    protein high and lower my carbs
    run a 10k (6.2miles) on Thanksgiving in under an hour

    I'll commit to eating under my daily goal (without exercise!) every day.

    I want to start running again and have my eyes on a 5K in 3 weeks and then a Thanksgiving 5K

    100 miles in a month! Maybe; I run about 10 miles a week, so 50 would be easy. but I'll try...
  • I will set my goal for November right now :) to eat within my calories everyday throughout the entire month!!!! I definately need ppl to do it with me though!!!!

    I did 100 miles in october ;) so it is doable !
    but since I want to focus on 30DS, idk if I can do both! we'll see!!

    i'd like to stay within my goal for 30 days :) that'd be freakin' awesome! especially with thanksgiving and my bday in november!

    Agreed Im sticking with 30day shred Im doing one challange at a time so I do not burn out

    I did 100 miles in october ;) so it is doable !
    but since I want to focus on 30DS, idk if I can do both! we'll see!!

    I actually just decided on these the other day. My schedule recently changed, and I'm having a hard time adjusting, so this is hopefully going to get me into some sort of regular exercise pattern again that works with my new schedule.

    1. 30 Day Shred every day -- I don't care how busy I am, I can manage 20 mins.
    2. Run 3 days per week -- At least 3 days, sometimes more, at the YMCA during my lunch @ work.
    3. Under calories 6 days per week - Allowing myself one cheat day per week.
    4. Weight under 160 by Nov. 30th - Starting weight: 166.4

    Any of you who are doing Shred or have running goals, feel free to friend me!

    *November Goals*
    1. 30 Day Shred
    2. 100 Miles in November
    3. Try to go cold turkey on SUGAR! :)

    (I might be setting my ambitions a little too high!)

    Do you run on a treadmill? How fast do you go and how long does it take you? How many miles do you run a day?

    i typically run outside and use www.mapmyrun.com to track my miles
    my pace is like 12 min/mi which is slow but for long distance slow and stead is the way to go!

    1) workout for a minimum of 5 days in a week
    2) 2 days strength training
    3) No more than 2 meals from outside in a week (my office team orders lunch from out EVERYDAY)
    4) Hit my goal weight on 1st Dec 2011 - 58 kgs

    Ramping up to get a big start tomorrow! November is going to be a good month :) I can feel it. I did my strength routine at 5:30am and have spin after work. I did eat some hersheys kisses :-/ and will have to skip my protein shake to make it work, but eh. I can do this!

    How's everyone else doing?
