  • thank you i work them hard...i do cardio everyday...running, stair climber, spin bike, walking, elyptical....and most of the time i do double soooooo...and i only lift on them once a week...so yeah :) loving my legs currently lol

  • you werent lifting heavy enough weights then in all honesty...but you can to resistant bands to gain tone and muscle or even body resitance like push ups and dips and pull ups...just sayin...
  • just try it at a lower speed and work your way up...im fairly uncordenated my self and i do trip on this thing about every 3 or so minutes so... :)
  • like rotate your body to the left then to the right and walk up side ways, kinda like a grape vine on the climb...it works inner and outer thighs totally different feel from just basic walking or in some cases running up the stairs
  • i actually dont really like biking lol i do a stationary bike at the gym and i will post that workout too later this week...it too is a killer on the legs... but i dont own a real bike and have been intimidated by biking for a long time...idk one day maybe
  • for sure i have been doing this machine for about 4 months now and that is why im up so high in levels...i need to up them again im just resisting it...gonna be painful a bit and more like running up steps than walking lol

  • I totally agree with the mom on this one about push ups... um...if you mess up in sports what do you get as a punishment? thats right laps, or up downs or push ups or some other form of physical activity. he wont hate physical activity he may not like push ups but hey guess what that is life....

  • i LOVE bench press, Leg press and squats :) well and almost any free weights OH and assisted pull up machine :) Stair climber is killer too! great leg workout!!!
  • i totally understand!! im a 36D (it might have changed i dont know) and i wear a regular cotton underwire bra under a sports bra so i dont get a bounce...

  • potatos, corn, artichokes, mushrooms. peas, carrots!!! i love all of these... Corn you can grill and cut off the cob and make a salad with! artichokes you can steams :) mushrooms i love raw but you can make them like you would chicken parmasan and its awesome peas yeah and carrots can be steamed and seasoned :)

  • ever try the stair climber? that is brutal on the legs when it comes to a burn! i love it and it will tone you up for sure
