You don't have to eat thoses calories. It's not mandatory. As long as you're satisfied and your eating healthy and you're getting at least 1200 calories a day you're fine.

Yep, pretty much. But I'm getting used to the feeling and starting to feel yucky when I overeat and feel full. I started to eat a big salad with Newman's light balsamic and vinegar dressing. It usually helps.
