You'll find me strightening shelves at the store-- I can't stand to see item out of place, esp movies. Oh and I don't work there. :blushing:

I caved too..... in 2005, met my husband of 7 years that year on Yahoo. I think you just have to be careful- a lot of people out there are just looking to hook. Be honest about yourself. I forgot to mention out wonderful little 4 y/o boy.

Me time? What is that? I call my 5:00am work outs me time-- ahhhh a run with nothing but the iPod- or weights with Pandora, and the cats of course. Life is good!!! Busy is good.

Hey at least you've learned to keep your mouth shut- I have yet to master that one and believe me it gets me in trouble at least weekly. So how did you master that -- I could really, really use some tips.

yummy !!!!!! I also use Marie's Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing with anything I do buffalo !!!! Tastes great and pretty low in calories and fat, esp compaired to regular blue cheese dressing.

Yep- this is me too. I am not proud but I also given in. I try to keep the portions small but I just have no will power. Oh I also try not to buy some foods at all- potato chips esp. I can not stop myself from eating them durning that week. I also have to force myself to exercise I usually end up missing 3 days durning…

I'm on the do not log house work or any activities that I have always done list. I'm making a change in my life- logging something I've always done is not a "change". But I'm glad others tracked what they are burning- I always wondered what I was burning- I tend to work up a real sweat while cleaning.

it's not a recipe but I found Marie's Yogurt dressings- my favorites are the blue cheese (70 cal per 2 tbsp) - I can eat buffalo chicken again, oh yeah!!!!! the parmesan caesar (50 cal per 2 tbsp) is very good and the coleslaw dressing (90 cal per 2 tbsp) is very good too. The calories might be a higher than some of the…

I'm so glad to see this thread. I've had that same feeling recently it's almost as if I can hear the gravel road outside my house call my name in the morning. I'm serious, don't laugh, my legs start feeling weird almost jumpy or itchy and I just have to go. I'm bigger too and my pace is slow but I can do up to 3.8 miles…

Yep, me too.

I call bullsh!t.

My husband and I use Spark daily. I used to drink things like Red Bull or other "energy drinks" didn't like the strange feeling I got from them, or the crash they always gave me. My husband gave up a 6 to 8 can a day Mountain Dew habit when we started using Spark. Great product.

Sorry, but I agree with most others on this subject. As long as your stats are entered correctly and the HRM is picking up your heart rate without any problems than that's the number I'd go with. I also have the Polar FT7 and use that calorie burn no matter what anything else says. And yes, there are a lot of times when…

this !!!! I could not stay @ 1200 calories a day no matter how hard I tried when my calorie level was set that low. I also found myself at a stand still in my weight loss. I upped my calories by lowering my weight loss goal and started to work out longer so I got more calories to eat back and yeah!!!! I started to lose…

I work out at home so I don't have this problem. My husband and I work out together and do sets alternating with each other so he'll do a seated shoulder press while I'm doing a back fly. When we do this the bench is always in use by one of us. If you are doing sets of different exercises back to back you would have a few…

Funny this should be posted today-- just yesterday durning ..ahem, relations ..my husband cups my breasts (or what's left of them) and says to me.."they're getting smaller but that's ok." and they are. I've lost 43 lbs and have about 50 lbs more to go, I have no idea what I'll be left with. I was a C cup when I started…

I didn't read any studies or reports or articles on this but I was on a 4 month stand still with my weight loss and my husband suggested I start doing a "warm up" run for 20 minutes on mornings we strength train and i started loosing again and running on my cardio days is also a lot easier. I was amazed at the calorie bun…

I so feel your pain, my husband who's 6'6" dropped 70 lbs in just over 5 months- and it sure didn't look like he was tring very hard. We worked out together and both cut calories but the weight just fell off him- me I've been at this for 10 months and am only down 43 lbs- I hit a plateua- him NOT!!!!!!!!!!! You should hear…

I guess I honestly don't know how much I will loose. I've lost 41 lbs so far and I will loose another 60 lbs and than reevalute my "goal" depending on what I feel like, look like and if I think I can lose more or if I'm at a place where I can maintain. I don't think of this as a short term decision. I will be doing this…

2011 Black Jeep Wrangler 4 door Mountain. Love it. But my favorite care was my 2006 Dodge Charger-- I cried when I traded it in for the jeep-- my dealer said he'd never seen a women cry over a car. But we live in MN and in the country and I spent too much time stuck in snow drifts and we had a new baby and my husband said…

First and fore most if you think your doctor is a jerk than you really need to find a new doctor. You are trusting this person with your and your babies life you need to believe in them. That aside- I was "heavy" with all 3 of my boys and had no complications or problems delivering any of them vaginally. I don't know if…

No, the sleep number beds have two air like mattress in them and you can adjust each side to your own "number".
