I have a "friend" (or several) that are looking for any dietary/voodoo tips to help reverse/prevent Male Pattern Baldness . Apparently there are some things for which lifting heavy doesn't help. Whatcha got? Bring it.
You can call he-who-shalt-not-be-named Voldemort.

For this particular individual, I believe shaving ones chest and/or buttock hair and surgically implanting into the scalp would be the obvious solution!0

I vote buttock. I've been looking for a reason to bring back the pejorative "Butt-head".0 -

Okay, this is voodoo, but I hear kombucha is good for overall health, and part of that is reversing hair loss. Like I say, voodoo, but hey, why not?

A high fat diet contributes to hair loss, according to this site:

FINALLY someone with some legitimate voodoo! :bigsmile:0 -
Shave it, that is hot. Male pattern baldness is genetic, there is little that can be done with diet or supplements unfortunately. Speak to your doctor or a pharmacist. Try cutting out any shampoo containing sulphate surfactants.0

Again, not really what you're looking for, but I vote for shaving or short buzz, too. One recommendation I can give is to get into shape. Getting fit boosts confidence....regardless of one's hair situation.
I held off taking the plunge for quite a while, but I'm happy I went for it a few months back!

Impossible to prevent and any drugs that help slow, have severe sides. Just get them to accept it, like me.0
