  • Some taste better than others. I once had a cinnamon flavored protein powder that felt like I was drinking wet sand. Yuck! Personally, for the times I use the stuff I prefer adding fruit and 310 protein powder.
  • Keep up the good work! I'm a jazzercise junkie myself. If I have to go more than 2 days without getting to a class I feel major withdrawel. And I hope the center you're going to has child care. The one I attend does and I couldn't manage without it!
  • So did you take the plunge and move to Columbus?
  • It was great to read your story! You're just like me with weight ups and downs over the years. It's very motivating!
  • Way to go! Whenever I want to reach for my forbidden foods I come on here and read inspirational stories like yours. It is truly inspiring and motivates me to push away the cookies!
  • East side of Columbus, Blacklick OH here!
  • Thanks to all you ladies who have responded so far and suggested we buddy up! I get so depressed some days thinking about all things baby. It's nice knowing that I'll now have people I can talk to about this who are in the same boat! My husband is wonderful support but it's just not the same. Plus, he tends to get a glazed…

  • I couldn't agree more! This is the first step towards the rest of your happier, healthier life. I feel much the same way but for me, the first step isn't the issue. It's the ones that come after that that get me! A word of advice...tell everyone close to you what you're doing. That you're tracking here online and trying to…
  • Have you ever made an egg bake? I use a small oven safe dish, just big enough for a piece of bread. You add chopped veggies, meat or cheese. Your choice! Then cover with scrambled egg/egg white combo. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or til golden brown and fluffy.
