So, i stayed the same... eh definately not making this goal lol but on a positive note my body is changing :) So i'm still motivated! Thinking I may start weighing on fridays that way if i go over on the weekend (next weekend i have my anniversary and a hog roast) i have a few days to work it off before i weigh in!

yes, log it under 20 minutes of circuit training general... i have a HR monitor and its quite accurate.

Hey all, Im on day 14 (level 2 day 4). So far, scale is not showing any improvement which i read is normal... but nonetheless very discouraging!! Level 2 kicks my butt! jumping jacks, jogging in place, boxing, jumping rope, anything to get that heart rate pumping... sometimes i can really get my HR up while cleaning too!

Lost 0.8 this week, ugh still up since i gained like 3 lb last week!
