Thank you! You're making me feel so much better! lol I'm trying to build up my calories and I'm doing a little better today. I'm at 585 and it's 3:30pm so I still have dinner and a light snack in the evening left.

Exercising makes me feel full during and after for a while, but it might help me overall throughout the day. I'll try it :)

By eating clean I mostly meant eliminating preservatives. That's why I'm okay with tortillas and breads that are made in the grocery store, although, I'd like to move to making them myself, I just decided to take it easy while getting used to all of this. Yeah, I was having a problem with cravings and I don't really crave anything anymore. I am craving cheetos at the moment because I cheated a couple days ago and had a small bag of cheetos that came with a burrito I ate with my husband a couple days before. And I just posted yesterdays intake :)

Jerky sounds good :) Isn't that weird though how you can overeat processed garbage and you don't feel satisfied, but when you eat clean you fill up so fast? I've been measuring my portion of rice after it was cooked and a cup of cooked jasmine rice with some fish and a little bit of veggies is like SUPER filling.

I eat one whole hard boiled egg a day and if I have more than that I give the yolk to my dog.

I gain a little before my period and then when it hits I spend two days pretty much not eating anything because the cramps make me feel like I have a stomach ache too and I don't feel like eating. So by the time my period is over I've lost weight.

If you're resistant to anti-depressants you should ask about trying mood stabilizers. It might help.
