Try low carb. It does not hurt to see how your body responds to different diets. I know with me, I eat alot less calories, usually 1500 or less because of the foods I eat on a low carb diet. :)

I know! I am a daily weigher, I know its bad, but Im obsessed, and when it goes up I get frustrated and want to give up, then it goes down, and it's exciting, its just a mind game. I am working so hard at this low carb thing. I have lost almost 2 pants sizes on it, but only 10 lbs, which was water weight the first week.

Is it possible to still lose "fat" or inches if youre gaining water weight?

Thanks, that makes me feel better. I am currently doing the Low Carb diet, trying to stay in ketosis and eat 20g or less a day so seeing the number go up or stay the same is frustrating because I work my butt off on my gym days which is usually 3-4 days a week.

By the way, I am not an expert on exercising, so I honestly dont know if the creatine causes weight gain or not, Ive heard both ways.

Let me go back, I lost the inches in like the first week and half when I lost all the weight.... Im not STILL losing inches, that I know of..

Im on day 5 of taking it. Ive lost a pound a day so far, mostly water im sure, but it's helped curb my appetite, and keep me in track.

2429 is my TDEE Im TERRIBLE with formulas, calculations, etc... What numbe SHOULD I be eating to lose 2lbs a week? or what number should I NET after exercising?

MY net calories consumed is usually around the 1200-1500 mark. I try to zig zag so I dont go into starvation mode... IDK maybe im not doing it right

I actually do eat all my calories back, I usually only use the amount of calories burned on MFP instead of my machine, because my machine says I burn approx 525 calories per 30 minutes, so I dont want to eat back all those calories if it's wrong.

Awesome, that makes me feel SO much better, I am on this obsession of checking the scale EVERY morning, then I get discouraged when it's been going down, then suddenly keeps goin up :(

Thats one thing i do totally suck at is drinking my water.. some days I do great, and others I drink alot of dt soda and tea :/

HAHA, how funny, I am THE SAME WAY. Ok, so I joined CURVES, it's awesome, you get all your cardio in and you ony have to do it for 30 minutes 3 times a week. I am the LAZIEST person ever, but when I started curves, i started getting more energy and its also helpful to just get away and do your own thing. Its really easy…
