why do calories not count on low carb?
I have a desk job, so im sitting all day. my TDEE supposedly like 1700 ish and im eating that at least but usually under 20g.. so how am I still losing without technically losing any weight? How does it work?!

My fitbit charge HR gave me 664 calories for 8k steps.. i dont exercise, these are just steps.. seems weird, but i wear my fitbit all the time, so it should know my body by now. Do I pay attention to the calories given from my fitbit?
My fit, for example, right now says I have walked 2132 steps and MFP has given my 227 calories for that, it just seems really high, should I pay attention to those and eat those back? MFP is set to sedentary since I am on my butt at work all day!

Do you prefer MFP or FitBit in regards to how many calories you can safely eat throughout the day? Both mine vary greatly so I am curious to know people who have had success which do you use? So according to mfp, at the end of the day, its showing a number in green.. usually a large number.. i do not log exercise, i just have.my fitbit synced to it.
