Starting Low Carb...

Alright, I am sure there are other threads about this, but I want updated opinions, advice.. etc. So I am looking into starting Low Carb (atkins). I remember about 3 years ago losing like 15 lbs quickly doing it, but for the life of me I dont remember what I ate!! So, to stay under 25g carbs, what foods do you suggest? I am not a fish eater or any of the "weird" stuff, lol I am more of the normal everyday comfort food type things.. so bacon, eggs.. etc. Also any recipes would be awesome

    Meat and veg is your main food intake with the Keto diet, herbs over sauces, and fats over fillers. clear broths with meat and above ground veg (remember veggie carbs can be almost halved due to fiber content) are good for cooler months while i prefer meat and veg on a BBQ also... there is also a thread somewhere called Keto dinners or something with heaps of photos of other members keto meals.
