  • Well update time .. I joined the body for life program at my local gym. I started because i was over 300 lbs ...307 to be exact , at 37 % body fat .......yuck ...but kept with it religiosly , just cutting out junk foor entirely and eating 5 times a day small portions of course. and not eating after 7 pm. drank so much…
