Lots of times, people confuse being thirsty with being hungry... so they end up eating when they only need some water. If you drink enough water, you will only feel hungry when you are actually hungry and not when your body needs water.

It sounds like you to are not really connecting, which is very important in a relationship.... If you two can not talk to each other without frustrating each other... where is this really going to go?

I am down with the Almond Milk!! However I know that Almond Breeze - Vanilla has 90 calories per cup, but it may be the vanilla flavoring. HAHAA! I don't drink cows milk at all and the Almond milk still has calcium in it too!!!

maybe it was the clothing you were wearing too? If you are wearing big shirts or sweaters, its REALLY hard to tell a difference... ? I can understand your feelings about this completely.... people just don't get it... I don't know if telling them what you just told us would help, but maybe? People like to make other people feel like outsiders when they don't automatically join in... so they start pressuring so you would conform... and be one of them...…

You should!! The "good" part simply comes with practise. As you learn to control your muscles and your body, you will learn how to perfect the moves. It just takes time, like anything worth doing.
