Yea I would say hes pretty knowledgeable. He said to keep doing what I am doing which is cutting weight and lifting. I do not want to cut to low though The lowest i will go is 155. If im not satisified by then I will bulk up

jnv7594 1 pound = 3500 calories. The scale can say you weigh 10 lbs more the next day but as long as you know you didn't eat 35000 calories it is not fat. Even though I am aware of this it will still be challenging to meet my maintenance and not consciously go over. And to the you guys who use fitbit hows is it any…

I guess i have to start hitting weights then all I have been doing is cardio everyday for an hour. Btw i have lost 79lbs so far if that matters

ok I thought so the fitness trainer used a caliber. He measured my pectoral ab and thigh area I have measuring tape any good website calculator i could use to measure my bf i keep getting mixed results when I go to some on google
