helpful info as usual people thanks. I didn't know too much was a problem! it's just on here being a vegetarian it usually averages about 50% of the recommended daily allowance is that enough? I take multi vitamin tablets occasionally as i top up, should I stop then?

I'm aware of balancing food groups and all i meant by no calorie restrictions was i'm not going to say only 1200 cals a day as it will be hard enough! luck has it I exercise alot and healthier food is more filling than snack food so I should be ok, actually lost weight quickly last time and I just eat as much as I wanted…

I like soya but loathe tofu and I don't care how many types they are or this it tastes like the sauce you cook it in, to me it's still vile!

just for a year I wanna try it. will just have to find some nice fruit alternatives and eat more cereal. I actually lost weight last time. moderation doesn't work for me it seems to be all or nothing!

so easy to get a fun session in with the fitness mode in dance cent 2 just pick as many tracks as you want of what you want in a playlist and its done!

new kinect game for xbox 360 sequel to last years dance central. Basically teaches you dance moves to pop songs and scores you on accuracy using the kinect camera. has loads new modes including a fitness mode where you can make you own play list of dance songs up to 20! and it works out your calorie burnage! its tre cool!

well its for lighter work out games really on my games consoles i have just taken some average heart rate readings using the in game monitor in ea sports active 2 on the 360 and wii. Xbox 360 s 250 GB + kinect + Kinect adventures +UFC personal trainer £239.99 @ gamestation instore here dunno what that is in dollars. The kinect version is the best by far the reviews say, it's good if a little unresponsive for the floor exercises, but on punching and grabbing exercises its second to none!

tons and tons of games like ea sports active range, biggest loser. the new ufc trainer and the fun ones, wii sports, wii sports resort the dance games and practically every kinect game, dance central, kinect sports, your shape the list is endless, a lot are cheap too. Best value are probably the wii ones.

Yeah sorry guys I forgot about metric measurements! yeah 84 lbs about 34 kilogrammes. This is my second time lucky as i'd lost quite a lot before only its proved much harder this time round (slower, more exercise needed and more weight to shift!) The loss is here to stay this time for sure! just need to decrease my intake…

exactly it pushes your fitness up so when you do tackle the harder stuff (real sports, tennis, squash, running) and gym its not such a leap from nothing. Losing weight and more importantly having fun more energy and getting out of bed in the mornings (which is new for me)

i'd say its worth getting a balance board step up if you do the step exercises regularly, really pushes your workout up a bit burning them extra cals!
