yeah i looked at the sugar in greek yoghurt and I got thinking man if it tastes this bitter with that much sugar in it, it must be needed, I'd hate to think what it was like without it (probably loaded with fat and sodium instead anyways)

it estimates it for you on 2 and 3, on the original your talking guess work as I remember. But you know something between 3-6 cals a min dependant on weight and intensity, you can easy lose 2 hours to it.

veggie all the way! i'd be vegan but theres too many things with dairy in I love and I get alot of my veggie protein needs from cottage cheese and greek yoghurt.

plenty mainly ufc trainer and ea sports active both for xbox 360. You'll need a kinect, but both include weight training, squats and such. good work out if you put the effort in.

i'm actually obsessed with exergaming have about 30 games. lost most of the 74 lbs over the last 4 years with help from the wii and kinect. so heres my top 10 list, hopefully this helps :) 1 dance central 2 - fun and a great work out! did a heart rate monitor ages ago when i made my own. got it down as about 440 cals an hour (male 77.4kgs) maybe undercut that a bit but at least 5 cals a minute.
