i'm more on the over exercising to be honest, but i suppose cutting out chips, chocolate, crisps, cakes, alcohol and such would probably qualify me for the nutriticious bit. mind i still eat alot of stuff with empty calories and besides my bipolar disorder creates much more problems!

while on the bottle line just remember to not reuse plastic bottles as they have harmful chemicals in which can leak into the water if you keep reusing the same bottle over and over. May seem like common sense but i've only just found out so I thought i'd share it with you just incase you didn't know.

ok this is just my opinion but it goes something a bit like this : FAT CURVY STICK THIN Thin vs curvy vs fat VERY VERY CURVY and if you think THIN is sexier than VERT VERY CURVY then seek an eye doctor and professional help.

for me curvy is good it means you have something to hold onto that's shapely but not fat and ripply, I mean everyone wants something to hold onto right? someone like Victoria Beckham may make some women sick with envy, but would make most men sick to the stomach.

good stuff. well i've started today by printing off two days worth and it's going well still got loads left to eat and 500 cals saved. win!

i lose weight slowly but with the amount of exercise i do i have barely eaten under 2000 calories for 4 years and in that time i've lost 30kgs+ but that generally with a lot of exercise not so much now though. steady away.
