keep the calories for each day - your body processes what you put in it right away, not the next day. Keeping consistent day in and day out will keep you on track! of course there will be slip ups and cheat meals but it's not a good idea to carry calories over to the next day and eat less

I have heard of people coming off of fitness competitions after months and months of calorie restrictive diets and then get some pretty good gains the month after once they start eating a caloric surplus.
