I can tell it's helping, and the stuff I've read about this one, not much of an issue with the weight gain side effect other meds have. so looking forward to seeing how it works after I'm at full dose.   • I slowly tapered off over about 6 months, seemed to be going good so stopped completely in June, July and Aug were pretty good but did start feeling down the last week or two of Aug. then POW one bad night, and a whole lot of DOWN since.
  • thanks for the replies ... it does help knowing I'm not the only one dealing with these issues. while I feel good about losing weight, this feeling has popped up on me.

  • kind of feeling better about it tonight ... I also noticed I'm getting faster with my walking so might have lost more fat and gained a bit of muscle at the same time... I find my endurance is getting better.
  • don't be hard on yourself, it's so easy to gain, and so hard to lose... I'm still new at this site and the whole life style change, but the folks on here have been amazing.
  • that's kind of what is causing me worry, it doesn't seem to be normal for a guy my size to be this low ... I haven't weighed in since I've started, I know I've lost, but I know there's no way it would be anymore than 10 maybe 15 pounds I find out next week where I'm at.

  • thanks for the kind words.... just full of anxiety at this point, I've tried before but always had the "oh, tomorrow I'll do more" but would find myself slacking.... I do think at one point a couple years ago I was pushing 440 but no idea since the scales only go to 406... I do think I must be down some pounds already…
  • I've also kicked out any food after 6pm ... so really finding water to be my best friend at night LOL
