  • ill try taking a vitamin, i just scheduled an apt for the Dr next week, just to double check that all is ok, when i started this 3 weeks ago i did not feel like this. and i was doing everything the same. i plan on talking to her as well about my caloric intake and working out too. thanks all for your help!

  • im logging everything, and i do not eat it all back as i am trying to lose weight
  • im eating about 1200 cals a day, Per what MFP calculated for me. I havent made any Major diet changes, ive been eating well for a while before i started Turbo Fire.
  • i wuld like thoughts on this as well, bodybugg, fitbit, nike fuel band, i dont know which way to go

  • Turbo Fire veries in time. the longest one is 55 mins. there is a schedule that you follow that makes the workouts more effective with muscle confusion. if you think this one might be to intense, turbo jam is excellent also, its very similar just not as intense.

  • i didnt watch the video you posted as it wont open at work, but most people try serval different workouts until they find one they love, i personally am doing turbo fire, and i absolutly love it and i look forward to it. its fun and up beat. you have to find the workout that makes you look forward to working.
