Most days I think she is....but sometimes I think otherwise!

I was in the same boat as you a few weeks ago. I did some serious research and consulted with my MFP friends that have them. I didn't want anything over the top or swanky....just something to tell me heart rate, cals burned, time and what not I settled for the Polar FT4 and absolutely love it....I would recommend that…

This!! I have a former friend who was the same way. She still is. Hit a 'fad diet' hard, have instant success and then balloons back up once she gets bored with it. We are still acquaintances, and I see her FB status talk about changing for good this time and making the change permanent. Knowing what we have went through…

I've been on the pill for 5 years. I never gained weight because of the pill. In fact, my weight pretty much stayed the same. However, I can tell you that I am still on the pill and I have lost over 80 pounds and am continuing to lose while being on the pill. I am not on the Seasonquie variety, but my doctor has my…

I, too, am in the midst of a similar situation. Over the past year I've lost a significant amount of weight. My lifestyle change was started as a result of a horrible breakup...actually two horrible breakups in 3 years. Anyways, since I've lost this weight, I've had guys I've known for quite sometime who want to take me…

This question reminds me of a time back in the day when I tried to teach a friend of mine how to flirt. I don't really think I'm an expert by any means, but I have been told by numerous people, men and women that I'm a "natural" at it. It must just be my personality. Anyways, I usually just do this. 1. Get eye…

I second this!! I used to be a hardcore party girl until I started this lifestyle change. Now, a year into my journey, I don't drink nearly as often as I used to. However, when I go out, I go all out! Even though all now 81 pounds lighter is a LOT different that all out when I tipped the scales at over 300 pounds. But I…

Sure do! Not as much as I used to because I'm almost a "lightweight" now...but I couldn't give up my ice cold bud light!

http://www.heartratemonitorsusa.com/polar-ft4f-bronze.html This isn't exactly a cheapie...but it's less expensive than some can be and I find mine to be pretty darn accurate. I love it!

Not really.....but occassionally I will get this big boost of confidence and then I think I'm hot *kitten*! Most often it's when I just worked out.....or after I walk into the bar and have several heads swivel in my direction. (Because my sweaty body is really attractive...lol)

I've already lost 80, but would love to lose another 80 more!

I wanna be able to shop at Wet Seal! I'm sooo close I can taste it! And then I wanna be able to shop at other "trendy" places that most females my age get to shop at, instead of just Maurices and JCPenneys. Not that there is anything wrong with those clothes....I just want more variety and my little skinny sister has some…

I guess it's not that I can't do a plank with it on...it's just uncomfortable to me...I have fat wrists. I also wish I had access to a gym with swanky machines like that. However, I'm just from a small town with the nearest gym being over an hour away. So, I make do with the few things I have at my home in the winter and…

I feel your pain. I was losing consistently until September. I lost 70 pound between February and then...and only about 10 pounds since then. I just keep plugging along because eventually the scale has to move...or at least I keep hoping. I don't have much advice other than to not give up!

I like to slice them fairly thin and then toss in olive oil. If I want a flavor kick, I will add some of the Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Mix. Bake for 15 mins or so, depending on thickness. Flip over and bake for 15 more min. I doo about a 400 degree oven. Thickness of potato slices will cause the baking time to vary.

I've been single for an entire year. I jumped from LTR to LTR to LTR for the five years previous to that. I really took this year to focus on myself and look at me! I've lost a lot of weight....and I don't have to share the blankets or tv remote. It was quite an adjustment at first, but now I love it....for now anyways!

This!! I'm on MFP more than I am Facebook now.....I can't do without it or my support network! I love my MFP friends!

I am doing it and usually take Saturdays off because I bartend those days and am exhausted when I get home. I did 7 days on Level 1 and am 4 days into Level 2. I also missed a day during Level 1 because I was too sick to move. I'm doing 7 days of each level and then making up the extra 2 days doing whichever level I end up…

My highest weight was 314. I was 302 when i joned MFP last February. As of today, I have lost 81 pounds. My first major goal is to lose 100 pounds...then hit Onederland... 180 after that. I'm employed as a first grade teacher who also works parttime as a bartender. At first it was hard juggling all of it along with working…
