I make an apple slaw with it. Grate 2 apples (skin and all) and add to the package of broccoli slaw. Started walking before lunch today. A brisk walk with a coworker around the complex. We did 30 minutes and I feel like a champ! Woohoo! I have put in a recurrent meeting to try and do this every day, weather and meetings permitting. Thanks to all for the encouragement to get moving!

Nicely done, everyone! I just joined Monday, so I hope when I weigh in next week I will have lost some weight. So far, I have been eating healthily, drinking my water, and have completed 2 Zumba workouts this week, and a 15 minute walk today. Thanks for the inspiration!
