Day 8/10 (?) Level 1 Done. Ok so yesterday and the day before I did not do the Shred, I was too tired, and I also pigged out quite a bit. Have no idea why. My question: would it be good to move on to Level 2 already or do the 2 days of Level 1 i skipped before moving on to level 2? Thanks
