Insanity + other exercises?
Hey! So Im just wondering whether or not people add other exercises to the insanity plan. I started ripped in 30 the same day I started insanity so I've been working out quite a bit for the past three/four days. Does anyone else do this? IS this a good/bad idea?

Ripped in 30 Challenge - start Sunday
