I'm down to about 2 liters a day of diet soda from about 3 liters. I was getting heart palpitations from the caffeine :(. No more of those now that I cut down but I had an easier time quitting smoking than soda. I've "QUIT" soda at least a dozen times in the past five years. And failed every time so far. I should just go…

I like the card idea! Great since I can't really do video's here. And maybe then I can get some of the others to join me at their own pace too :). Never hurts to get someone else motivated!
