  • Stick with it. I've been doing Lv1 and did a Lv2 yesterday and the worst bit for me is the feeling in my wrists, they just feel weak when I'm doing the exercises. I'll be trying again today on Lv2 and just do my best. Good luck.
  • I will be breaking mine into 10 minute sections, got a plan all written out and my handy timer app all ready to go. Will report back when done. Would love to hear what type of exercises people are including in this daily challenge.

  • Day 6 - check :bigsmile: Walking is something I like too. Although today it was half an hours walking with baby in pram to kill the time for the hairdressers, so it worked perfectly. Will be doing 30DS later so will be clocking up a bit more cardio there too. Hope everyone is feeling fit and well. keep going :drinker:

  • Although I'm 2 days behind now, I've completed my 3rd day. Gave it absolutely everything I could.
  • I'm 5'2 and currently 145lb, been at 110...was too small, I looked ill so I know that I need to be at a healthier weight for me. My goal is around 130lb, though my first is to get to 140.

  • Well done everyone who has done Day 2 so far Completed mine, it consisted of: a 20min level 1 30DS workout 20min Dance Central workout mode session 1 zumba song (pitiful I know but i've only 2 songs on my xbox demo) According to MFP that's 291cals worth.

  • My plan for 30mins cardio is: 30DS, little bit of Zumba from my xbox demo and Dance central to finish off. That's the plan, just have to see if I can get it done. Baby girl not too happy today and wants cuddles so going to fit it in when she's napping if I can.

  • Hi Rachael, The 30 day Shred is a workout dvd by Jillian Michaels, have a google and you'll find loads of information on it.
  • Jumping Jacks done and then some!! Included in 30DS so that was good, I lost count at 70 though Jillian was working me hard.
