Week 2 distances?
I know this will vary greatly from individual to individual but what is the likely distance I could cover in w2. I like to plan a route before I head out so dont want it too short (or too long!)

Day 2 - Level 1 - Completed
Cracked on today and got day 2 completed while little girl was napping. You know, I hate the windmills in the warm-up!! And I cant see me ever being any good at press-ups but day 2 complete and I feel good. Hope everyone else has a good day.

Totally screwed up this weekend.
Missed my Saturday and Sunday sessions, really annoyed with myself, I always knew I'd struggle Saturday to get it in but Sunday I just did not have the energy to do it, I could give a few excuses but when it came down to it I just wasnt motivated enough. Soon be March 1st and the Challenge will begin. Is anyone dreading a particular day? Any that look really interesting for you? Not heard of bodyrock.tv so am going to look for that now. Hope everyone is ok and well.

Do you Shred with your trainers on?
I struggle doing this with my trainers on, do you think its ok doing it bare foot until I get some better ones that I can use?
