Missed my Saturday and Sunday sessions, really annoyed with myself, I always knew I'd struggle Saturday to get it in but Sunday I just did not have the energy to do it, I could give a few excuses but when it came down to it I just wasnt motivated enough. I should have logged on her for support, I know you'd have inspired me.

I took a break over the weekend too...I was sooo sore I decided to skip Saturday! I'm a big fan of listening to my body, but Sunday was my birthday and I just got lazy. I'm with you...today is 3/30...and Level1 Day3 Done!!!0

I took Yesterday off and today as I did Boot Camp on Saturday and wow I am still really sore!!!! Will be back at it tomorrow morning!0

glad to see that everyone is doing their best to stay on track! the reality is that we all have to take breaks sometimes because life has a tendency to get in the way. i admire the folks who get up extra early to squeeze their workouts in, but i can honestly say i'll never be one of them!
in our previous 30DS group, as far as the active posters went anyway, i think there was only a small handful that were actually able to do their workouts every single day (and i was not one of them). :flowerforyou:0 -
Thanks for that! I felt okay about taking off because of soreness, cause I knew I needed it, but yesterday I had no excuse...I even bought the lighter weights I needed and still didn't, anyway I'm back and plan of keeping at it!0
