Do you Shred with your trainers on?

I struggle doing this with my trainers on, do you think its ok doing it bare foot until I get some better ones that I can use?

    I find it easier without shoes, but had a Tendon operation so cant do it without shoes then my foot hurts, but I think its always better with shoes...

    Hmm, thats always a good question for a doctor.

    I have days where I do it without shoes, and days where i do it with. I just wouldn't want to tell you to go ahead and ditch the sneakers and have something happen.. :frown: However, I know sometimes for me it helps. last month I had gotten a little blister on my toe so shoes were not an option for a few days. lol

    i've done both ... there are a few moves that (for me anyway) when done on carpet result in slippage ... although that is fixed easily enough by doing the workout on a yoga mat instead of the bare floor (something i wish i would have thought of last time around...). :tongue:
  • I like using having my shoes on. It's easier on my joints. I have problems with my knees if I don't wear shoes.
