This. The chicken bites are awesome! We dipped them in a homemade honey mustard (light mayo, whole grain mustard and a squeeze of honey to taste).

Low calorie Peanut Butter: PB2 45 calories for 2 TBS. MIx it with water to equal about 1.5 TBS.

Admittedly, I did not read through all the posts but I really like Vanilla Coconut Milk (in the dairy section) in my coffee (1/4 c is 22 calories) or Organic Chocolate Milk.

I'm pretty sure each sip counts as a serving of fruit. At least, that's what I think after drinking a couple glasses. So, I'm going with that. Decisions made after a couple of glasses are always the right ones!

As a native and current Vermonter, I can not condone the use of anything on pancakes besides real maple syrup. It's sacreligious to use anything but the real stuff. roast it! season with garlic salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Drizzle with a little EVOO and roast in the oven...I somtimes use the low broil setting or 425.

I hate it, too! I keep trying it with no sucess. I've the best luck with Tilapia but still only eat about 1/2 a filet. I also hate seafood. So, I eat it once in a while so my kids will be introduced to it and they do eat it. We're talking once every few months!
