Usually a smoothie with Wyman's Frozen Blueberries, Cherries, Strawberries and Kale, a banana, 1 tbs. peanut butter, 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk and 1/2 c. plain greek yogurt. Today, I had Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins with a Granola Topping. Yummy!

I have a Bernese Mountain Dog who refuses to walk. When she gets a certain distance from home, she sits and refuses to go any further. Apparently, she doesn't like leaving the kids! (This is a good thing that she loves the kids, but I wish she would walk with me!)

I've done one round and will start another as soon as my Bowflex SelectTech weights get here. I got so sick of all the adjustments I had to make to my dumbbells switching around weight plates so this will be much easier!

Make a batch of breakfast burritos on the weekend and freeze them (eggs, light cheese, veggies, turkey bacon....whatever you want wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla). Then, grab one and warm it up when you get to work. About a minute in the microwave.

Depends on the time of year...nothing beats a fresh picked mac! Also love Braeburns, Jazz and Honey Crisp. I hate Delicious....they always seem to be mealy!

I just upped mine and I think it has gotten me out of my 8 month long plateau. I did gain the first week and then it started to drop again. You need to eat at least your BMR. I upped mine calories to 1710 from 1200.
