Yes, make sure to take time for you during this hard time! I know with young kids, it can't be hard to find that time! Glad you have support!

I think I have read that exercising the muscles under the boobs, you can make them seem perkier. Chest flys and etc. Also, get smaller bras as you lose weight. It is amazing what a good fitting bra can do for the girls! herroom.com has directions on how to measure yourself.

Yes, you can do it! The support here is fantastic and makes you feel accountable. I'll add you as a friend!

Don't worry...I have ice cream almost every day! (Just can't give it up....)

You can do the ice cream thing with freezer bags, too!

I have two small kids as well. It makes it hard to find time to take care of ourselves but it is worth it when we do! Good luck! You'll do great here!

I remember how good it feels to step on the scale and see a loss and how HARD I had to work to see that lower number. When I remember how hard it is and how far I come, I realize I am only doing this once and it helps me get the will power I need!

Hummus isn't too bad. Or, a laughing cow cheese wedge.

I also am constantly going over the sugar recommendation with fresh fruit as the main source. You should just try to limit your added sugars and not worry so much about the naturally occuring sugar in foods like fruits and vegetables.

I weight myself daily, too! I log it once a week but the daily flucutations help me. If I'm up, I know I need to hold the line and drink lots of water that day!

My suggestion would be to eat more for breakfast and skip the morning snack. Breakfast is an important meal. Make sure to get protein and carbs in your breakfast. I think 250 cals isn't enough for breakfast. I make my breakfast around 350 calories and am rarely hungry before lunch time.

Just please don't wear them with athletic shorts! :) (I can't tell you how many of my students do this....) You'll be fine as long as you don't do that!

Welcome! You'll love it here!

I have the same problem! I think it needs to differentiate between added sugar and the sugar that is naturally in fruits and veggies. I am ALWAYS over my sugar goal.

I have a cusinart one and we love it! It is great for cooking quinoa, wheatberries and other grains, too!

When you tax your muscles they sometimes retain water to help with recovery. This would cause your weight to so up or stay the same.

Bump. I may have to try this!

There's not too much you can do but when I was pregnant I used Palmer's Cocoa Butter to help minimize their appearance.

I get up and run then eat breakfast after I have showered and dress. I'm usually eating about 2 hours after I get up and in the car on the way to drop the kids off at daycare!

I have a 2 year old and a 3 year old. I am a teacher so I am a stay at home mom in the summer. I have found that the only sure fire way to get in exercise is to do it before my husband leaves for work. So, I am up at 5 during the school year and 6 in the summer! Also, I am a way better mom when I get in my exerciise! My…
