I would just listen to your body. I started jogging when all 3 of my kids were around 3 weeks old and I had no trouble at all. You should be able to tell if you are doing too much!

Yep, it's the water. You should never drink that much right before a run.

That does sound a little crazy! In Ohio, we have 3 different options and all of them are pretty easy and non intrusive. Hope it goes well for you!

I was just looking at your weight numbers. You and I started at the same weight and I am also 5'7". I have been on here for 40 days and am down to 145.9. I would like to lose another 10 pounds. Seeing your numbers gives me encouragement to get back down to what I was before I had 3 kids!!!
