As a fellow Canuck, I will say, YES!. It keeps me motivated, they celebrate my successes, console me when things are going bad in diet as well as life and are just fun to read posts from. I got into challenges with my MFP friends and that has really helped.

Well, I was just on the map and interesting thing that I noticed. There are 2 teams ahead of us. One has not picture, so it is not showing on the map. They are a sneaky bunch. Watch out for "Chips Ahoy" They are actually in the lead.

Well, I did it. I borrowed the neighbours' Wii Resort DVD and completed Archery and Fencing. I actually worked up a sweat with the fencing but not the archery, it was pretty boring. It put me over the 20 events though so I got the 2,000 bonus points for our team. We are still hanging in there at third. Those Cake Eaters…

Well I made it. I did not keep a totally accurate list but know that these have been underestimated.
