  • I am back in this week. I am off to the gym and will see how many I can fit in with my circuit.
  • I will be back in next week when I get home from vacation. Dancing would have been great next week when I do 3 zumba classes and 1 line dance class.
  • This will be tough for me. I usually only get about 7 hours a night and that is good for me. I get a headache if I wake up, go back to sleep, wake up etc. I will try really hard though as I am on vacation this week.
