Okay my friends, here we go.
3500 calories

***just been thinking about maybe changing a couple things for our group, like changing it to "2500 plus "" instead! Also instead of every week having BOTH a couple exercise challenges, you can choose from! Also a couple food challenges, you can choose from. You would ONLY need to chose what you think would fit into your routine THAT week! I would be changing it up every couple of weeks. Let me know what everyone thinks! It would STILL be a weekly challenge, though! ****0
